It is supremely easy to blend because the formula is intended to be moisturizing, so I prefer patting this onto my skin after liquid foundation but before any powders. As with the Pink Lust Lip Lacquer, the highly micronized pearls diffuse light wherever the Illuminator is applied. It is an ultra fine gold dust, and it does not separate from the thin formula of the highlighter. The gold shimmer in this product, however, is the star of the show. I have yet to pat this on top of my lips, but I definitely will try it because I love the pink-peach tone of this product.
